<h2 class="wp-block-heading">NEW GLOBAL HR DIRECTOR</h2>



<p>It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Jessica Jonasson to the position of Global HR Director, effective August 3, 2022. In this position, Jessica will report directly to me.</p>



<p>Jessica enters a global role that will encompass activities at all Sever Pharma Solutions sites, involving all human resources aspects of the CDMO group.</p>



<p>Jessica has held several international positions in various industries, latest as Chief Human Resources Officer for ROCKWOOL Group. Before that she had a longer career in different roles with ASSA ABLOY, Jysk and Walmart, including heading up all HR operations globally.</p>



<p>Besides HR competencies, Jessica brings experience of business leadership and change management. Jessica  olds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource development and Employment Law from Uppsala University in Sweden.</p>



<p>Please join me in welcoming Jessica to the company and to wish her much success in her new position.</p>
