I currently work as a quality coordinator on a project that will soon enter the commercialization phase. My responsibilities have varied a lot and they’ve had to be adapted to whatever stage of the project we’re in. In short, I’ve been working on the coordination and administration of new aseptic manufacturing processes. Once production is commercialized, my responsibilities as a quality coordinator will include updating and improving processes, handling deviations as well as taking care of production staff trainings.
What makes Sever Pharma Solutions great is our focus on creating “the best workplace” as well as the opportunity for personal development. Working on this project has given me the opportunity to involve myself in several different areas, which has led to new challenges that have helped me grow, both on a professional and personal level. Another part of working at Sever Pharma Solutions that stands out for me is that employees here are flexible and are able to help out whenever support is needed. As a person, I like a little variety, so if someone needs help, I try to lend a hand, which I consider to be important.
Additionally, I have really nice coworkers in various roles. Communicating with everyone is really easy. Even though things can sometimes get stressful with all the deadlines that have to be met, the overall mood in the workplace is really good and positive. From my own experience working here, employees are more engaged than irritated. It feels like a team, which is something I haven’t experienced in other workplaces.
I work closely with people in many different roles, for example, production managers, QA managers, operators, technicians, project managers and engineers. I feel like I get a lot out of working with different people, and I believe we learn a tremendous amount from each other. Another thing that I’ve appreciated is that people really take ownership for their work – no one needs to micromanage anyone’s work tasks. Generally speaking, everyone is assigned tasks, and then it is up to each person to decide how those tasks should be completed within the allotted time. I also feel like Sever Pharma Solutions encourages employees to continue to grow in different roles if they show commitment. Just because you started in one position doesn’t mean that you are stuck there. There are a lot of opportunities to grow, both in your current role and in other positions.
